General Conditions: are all the conditions of sale, applicable to the contractual relationship between Lord Cashback and the Customer
Products: are all products and/or goods marketed by Lord Cashback and forming part of its assortment.
Site: is the set of Web pages relating to www.lordcashback.com, and other Internet domains registered by Lord Cashback.
Order: is the purchase order with delivery of the Products to the Customer's home or through the option of collection in the Store.
General Terms and Conditions
The General Conditions apply to any sale concluded between the Customer and Lord Cashback and made through the Site or by telephone communication. Sending an order implies acceptance by the Customer of these General Conditions; the General Conditions concern only the sale to a consumer Customer; Any changes or new conditions of sale will be effective from the time of publication on the Site and will apply only to sales concluded after the publication.
Lord Cashback shall deliver to the Customer the Products, selected and ordered in the manner set forth in the preceding article, through couriers and / or forwarding agents of trust, or personally with their own agents; Lord Cashback undertakes to ship the materials in the time and manner indicated on the website. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correctness of the data in the order confirmation sent by email. Any strikes, transport suspensions, etc.. constitute force majeure and Lord Cashback will make deliveries as soon as possible
delivery times are indicated on the website and refer to goods ready at our warehouses and are to be understood as indicative in all cases. Any delays will not give rise to claims for any direct or indirect damages by the buyer.
the delivery of 'order generally takes place on the day indicated within the email of the tracking shipment, although this date does not bind Lord Cashback to the delivery peremptory on the day indicated in the email;
the costs of delivery of the Products are borne by the Customer. Free shipping and / or special services or different conditions in terms of shipping may be agreed individually between the customer and Lord Cashback by telephone conversation. Such agreements will be formalized by specific communication within the order summary email;RAP PROFESSIONAL SRL reserves the right to ask the customer for additional supplements for shipments to particularly inconvenient or otherwise special areas (by way of example only Livigno or San Marino).
The withdrawal of the order in the Store is always free of charge, provided that the product ordered is present in our warehouse in Cagliari, otherwise 9 Euro will be charged even with the withdrawal in the Store;
the delivery of the Products is subject to the payment, by the Customer, of the relevant price by the means chosen from those made available by Lord Cashback; on the payment method page there is more information about this;
The order will be delivered in sealed parcels or envelopes; for organizational reasons, efficiency and economy of service, the order may not be opened, verified or checked by the Customer before payment of the same (unless otherwise specifically agreed with Lord Cashback and in any case not by cash on delivery);
conditions and terms of delivery other than those provided for in the General Conditions of Sale must be agreed in advance between the Customer and Lord Cashback and accepted by the latter through the order confirmation sent by email; the tax documentation (invoice and / or receipt) is issued by Lord Cashback, by e-mail and / or by accompanying invoice physically attached to the package or otherwise will be delivered later at the request of the customer.
Products
Delivery of the Products requires the presence at the address and time indicated on the order of the Customer or the Customer's designee. It is the Customer's responsibility to cooperate to be found on the scheduled day of delivery of the order. The courier will make two additional deliveries in the following days; on the third missed delivery, the courier will return the ordered package to the sender, then to Lord Cashback. It will be the responsibility of Lord Cashback to make a new shipment to try to deliver the product to the customer, only if the order is already paid by credit card, postal account or bank transfer. This attempt to reship the product will not take place in any way, however, if the customer has chosen to pay by cash on delivery. It will also be Lord Cashback's right to exclude the Customer from the service for lack of cooperation.
In some cases of multi-product sales, cash on delivery payment will be recorded on a single shipment even though there may be multiple deliveries.
If the customer chooses to pay by cash on delivery and does not expressly communicate in writing (by email or registered letter) his wish to cancel the order and subsequently for his own reasons refuses the goods by sending them back to the sender RAP PROFESSIONAL SRL reserves the right to charge the customer the fixed fee of Euro 45.00 (Forty-five) for shipping, storage and redelivery costs in addition to any further damage resulting from damage to the goods.
The goods received shall be deemed tacitly accepted (as content, quality and quantity of the same) after 10 working days from the receipt of the same without the customer having made complaints by any means regarding his order.

Site
All sales prices of products shown on the Site are in Euros; except where otherwise indicated, product prices are exclusive of VAT and all other taxes;
the prices of individual products, from time to time indicated on the Site, cancel and replace the previous ones;
the prices applied are those indicated on the Site at the time of the purchase order by the Customer, without any consideration of price increases or decreases that may have occurred subsequently;
in the event of a change in an order, the price of the new products shall be the price indicated on the Site at the time of the change if the products are different from those covered by the original order, while the price indicated at the time of the order shall remain applicable if the change concerns only the quantity of the products already ordered.
Orders
The Customer undertakes to provide for the printing and storage of these General Conditions; the information contained in the General Conditions must be viewed and accepted by the Customer before sending the purchase order, this in order to fully satisfy the condition set forth in Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999. Acceptance is made by marking the appropriate space on the site or by implicit acceptance by telephone order. Failing this, the order cannot be executed.
For all orders placed by telephone/mail/fax, the conditions of sale are considered implicitly accepted.

Contract Information
Contracts entered into online by the Customer with Lord Cashback are governed by Italian law; for matters not expressly provided for herein, the rules of law applicable to the relationships and cases provided for in the contract entered into online by the Customer with Lord Cashback shall apply. Pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the Customer declares that he/she has carefully read and expressly accepts and in particular the following clauses of Lord Cashback's General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
